Finally the last set of general preview dates has been released for Buzz Lightyear Astro Blast - after the Annual Passport Dream holders now also members of the Shareholders' Club can plan their visit to preview the newest attraction of the Disneyland Park prior to its official premiere on April 8, 2006.
Members of the Shareholders' Club are invited to test the ride on Saturday and Sunday March 25 and 26, 2006 from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm! Note that these previews take place on the same date as the AP Dream previews, which are actually taking place at the same time as well - but according to the information on the official website guests of the Sareholders' Club preview can enjoy the ride 2 hours longer than AP Dream holders. Also guests planning to attend the previews shouldn't forget: according to the information given AP Dream holders all guests of the park can preview the ride as of 2.00 pm on both days. As if this wouldn't be incentive enough, there is also the "Pirates of Dance" concert by DJ Bobo taking place on both days (extra tickets necessary). No word yet on the rumored discount for that though.
What do Shareholders' Club members have to do to join the Space Rangers of Buzz Lightyear? It's easy - they just have to sign up online prior to March 22, 2006 and decide on which of the two days they want to attend the previews, since each member can preview the ride only on Saturday or Sunday. Members will receive two free passports for the Disneyland Park on the day of their choice as well as four preview "bracelets" allowing them and three guests (two of which need to provide their own theme park passport to enter Disneyland) to re-ride Buzz Lightyear Astro Blast as often as they want during the preview hours on that day. On the day of their choice they will be able to pick up their two free Disneyland passports and the preview "bracelets" at Donald's Desk in front of the gates of the Disneyland Park.
To help make the preview an even longer lasting experience Shareholders' Club members will receive a 25% discount at Disney's Hotel New York on March 24, 25 and 26, 2006 for a maximum of two rooms for a maximum of two consecutive nights as long as rooms are available (reservations for this offer must be made through the dedicated club hotline).
