As announced earlier this year, the very first coaster of the Disneyland Park, Big Thunder Mountain, has been closed for a lengthy refurbishment on August 21st. But the majority of the mountain is painted by special trained crews suspended like mountain climbers form the highest rock sections. In the meantime their colleagues are able to enjoy the relative comfort of scaffoldings placed around the major wood structures, e.g. the building housing the flashes for the one-ride-photos.
